Windoor were called to The Orbit which is based on the Olympic park in east London to investigate faults with the Dorma ED100 swing operators that were faulty at the top of the Orbit.
Attended to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Docklands, London to a Dorma Kaba revolving door where the glass door leaves had blown off in the strong winds. As this is a busy hotel chain with customers constantly coming through the doors, we need to setup a cordoned area in line with health and safety and made sure that we worked efficiently and professionally to repair the automatic door
We adapted the bottom pivots and rehung glass panels to get the automatic door in operation as soon as possible for the well known hotel chain
Due to Windoors service they are now contracted to carry out all servicing and repairs to all the automatic doors, manual doors and tilt & turn windows in the London and Essex areas.
